For a day on the greens, golfers can play at River Crest Country Club. Opened in 1911, River Crest Country Club is Fort Worth’s oldest, most storied country club. The club was the first in Texas to include residential development on its acreage. Camp Bowie Boulevard

Camp Bowie Boulevard has evolved into the city's premier commerce corridor after changing its name to a nearby World War 1 military training camp. Camp Bowie is today a major corridor featuring shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The area's old-world charm is evident in the preserved buildings that are still home to locally-owned businesses.
