Real Estate Rebate Coverage Area Entire Sate of Texas
All buyers must inform their agent before viewing homes and sign a Buyer's Representative Agreement and Rebate Terms & Conditions Agreement prior to us showing you homes to participate in our cash back program. If you do not do so in advance a rebate will not be issued. This rebate program is only available where permitted under state and federal law and when not otherwise prohibited by the buyer's lender(s). The rebate is conditional on selling broker receiving a minimum of 3% commission on the purchase of the home. No rebate is offered on the purchase of homes under $150,000. The Rebate will be paid only to the party or parties named as the "buyer(s)" or "borrower(s)" on the HUD-1 Closing Statement or equivalent official closing statement and cannot be disbursed to a third party.
