The year 2007 has been a difficult one for home sellers. With inventories of unsold homes at record highs, we are in a so-called "buyers market." Buyers can pick and choose at their leisure, and most often are looking for major concessions that can seriously impact on a home seller's net profits.
How can a home seller in these tough times maximize his return? The answer is simple, just contact VIP Realty. We are paid an upfront service fee as your assigned listing agent (not a commission) of only $499. That is the only fee paid to us. Your home is then placed in our listings.. When your home is sold, a realty commission is paid to the buyer's agent only, in effect, cutting the usual real estate agent commission costs in half. For example, the seller usually pays a 6% realty commission at closing which is split 50-50 between the buyer and seller's agents.
