Disney Streets Homes for Sale

Gump and Gaynier are the original developers of Disney Streets which dates back to the mid-1950s. Many Disney Streets homes for sale feature the ranch-style design and California Contemporary variations. Some of the original homes are over a half-century in age. Disney Streets real estate is also a great example of post-World War II developments. Residences offer buyers larger, old-school Dallas lots with mature trees and landscaping.

Since homesites are large enough to support bigger homes, there’s a mix of new construction with the older, original homes in the area. Lot sizes range from .33 acre to .41 acre. The residences feature 3 to 5 bedrooms, with over 3.5 baths. Most Disney Streets homes for sale have two-car garages, although there're some with more or fewer garage spaces or covered parking such as a carport.
