This dynamic city is located just 20 minutes from downtown Dallas and just 25 minutes from the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport and Love Field, thereby making Frisco the ideal city for both families and city professionals.
Frisco is exciting and progressive, however, in its own right, as it is home to a plethora of award-winning hotels, shopping and dining destinations and many sports venues (it is home to four professional sports teams). In fact, Frisco features over eight million square feet of retail and dining space and is home to Stonebriar Centre Mall.

Frisco is a popular city that features many, high-end communities and luxury real estate. In fact, it is quite common to see Frisco gated home communities in this area of Texas.
Frisco is one of the fastest growing cities in Texas. In fact, the population went from 33,714 in 2000 more than 97,000 today! This progressive community is located just 20 minutes north of downtown Dallas, and is just 25 minutes from the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport and Dallas Love Field.
It is here that you can find four professional sports teams, a number of concert and event venues, and a seemingly endless variety of restaurants, shopping centers and entertainment. This area is also rich in art, as there are sculptures and arts pieces on display at Hall Office Park, the Texas Sculpture Garden, and in numerous public venues around the city.

One of the Frisco Gated home communities that we particularly like is Stonebriar. In fact, as far as Frisco gated home communities go, Stonebriar has it all. The real estate options in Stonebriar include garden villas and luxury estates, and this community contains more than 1,000 homes.
The surroundings of Stonebriar are just exceptional, as they include, quiet, winding streets, a number of greenbelts and, in the center of the community, a top-rated golf course, the Stonebriar Country Club.
