Great to see so many areas in your area thriving and predicting growth in 2012. In the Dayton Ohio area we are seeing real estate market improvements. Many of our suburbs are beginning to see good recovery. Beavercreek, Centerville, Springboro are three communities in the Greater Dayton area that are seeing a nice recovery.

I especially like reminding people to stay in their budget when shopping. We see, all too often, agents showing their buyers homes that are above their price range. Not sure if they’re assuming the sellers will negotiate down or they’re hoping the buyer’s will fall in love with a more expensive and then be willing to spend more. It is our job as agents to help them stay within their comfort level (financially) by not showing them homes outside their budgets.

Great blog about debit. The average American is one paycheck from being broke. For most it is important to keep up with the Jone’s. My Grandparents grew up during the Depression and were very frugle with their money. As a Real Estate Professional in the Central Texas area I have seen too many people either want or need to sell their home and can’t because of being up side down on their mortgage.
