Stop Your Home from going into Foreclosure

Thursday, August 16th, 2007

Homeowners that are going into foreclosure need to realize there are options. Please don’t wait until the last moment. I get calls every now and then from homeowners that want help saving their homes from going into foreclosure the following week.

Please understand that you can work with the bank to stop foreclosure. Waiting to the last moment is the absolute worst thing you can do. Make sure to contact the bank and start working a solution as soon as you can.

According to a report by the San Fransisco Chapter of CCCS – “87% of Delinquent Borrowers Kept Their Homes With Counseling.” 99% of foreclosures are preventable. Don’t wait until the last minute “hoping” for a miracle.

There are many companies available for counseling. You should stay away from the ones that charge upfront fees. I’ve got one such company that i refer clients to all the time. Get a free no obligation review of your situation. Don’t wait… Once you get at least 2 months behind you need to act. It can be scary negotiating with the bank that’s why you need help. Feel free to call Eric Love at 469-233-4618 or email me.

Even if you don’t want to stay in your home I can help prevent foreclosure.

It doesn’t matter if you are in Addison, Frisco, Lancaster, Fort Worth, Denton, Mesquite or anywhere in-between or around I can help you.
