The retail project is scheduled to start opening the stores in the late fall of 2009. Rayzor Ranch is still working out a few bugs in the Residential side of the plan. The Brownstones and custom homes will be a few years away. The group is wanting to get the retail development up and running before they start on the home front. The first phase of Razor Ranch in Denton County is scheduled to open in October of 2009. Some big names have signed up, such as Belk, Dillards and JCPenney.
There will also be a public park for children, an outdoor amphitheater and the Museum of Texas Art.

The Foreclosure Listing Service reported last week that the numbers of homes that are faced with foreclosure are up to fourteen percent, for the month of December. George Roddy, president of the Foreclosure Listing Service said,
