You can negotiate around 70-80k on these houses. I signed a contract last week with them, gave the deposit and came to know 2 days back that they are not accepting the contract. Turns out when they ran the number the offered price didn;t work out for them. This really shocked us but I guess its for good because no one wants to go with a builder which can't keep his words.
