Has the dismal real estate market across the country changed the way downtown Fort Worth residents are living? You bet!
Given the fact that many building developers have been left holding onto downtown properties that just aren’t selling, many have softened to the idea of renters. Now, don’t get me wrong: there are still plenty of posh condominium and townhome residences for sale in downtown Fort Worth, but there are also many leasable downtown residences, as well.
Downtown Residences for Sale
Owning a residence in the downtown area is going to cost you, make no doubt. In fact, most condominiums and townhomes average well above $300,000. The Bluff Street Townhomes, for example, range from $300,000 to $380,000, while the Lexington Square Townhomes range from $350,000 to $500,000. For downtown living, though, many consider these prices to be quite reasonable.
The more upscale condo residences of downtown Fort Worth, such as the Tower, Villa deLeon and the Versailles, can far exceed $300,000. The residences of these two addresses top out at well over $1 million.
Other downtown residences that feature homes for sale include:
- Houston Place Lofts
- The Neil P. at Burnett Park
- Pecan Place Condominiums
- Pecan Place Townhomes
- Palisades Townhomes
- Le Bijou
- OMNI Condominiums
