North Irving New Homes Under $200k

Friday, December 19th, 2008

New homes under $200,000 in 75063!

If you want new construction in Valley Ranch or Las Colinas for under $200k, it is very tough to come by. You may or may not know about the Ryland townhome community in the Emerald Valley subdivision. My recent trip there found incentives bringing prices into the $190k’s.

For many new home builders, you can start taking advantage of year-end bargains.

Buying a new home is more cost effective than you may think. With newer building codes and energy regulations, your home in Emerald Valley will save you money in the long run as well. Ryland homes has received the Environmental Protection Agency’s “5-Star Rating”, which means your home will save up to 30% more energy than a standard home.

Homes range from 1571 to 2065 square feet and have brick and stone elevations. They all have rear entry garages and great standard interior features. Contact your Irving Realtor to go see these homes.
