Razor (Rayzor) Ranch in Denton County

Here we go again folks. As we all know the Denton County Razor (Rayzor) Ranch project has been on hold for sometime now. It has officially cleared all the red tape hurdles of town hall and the zoning issues.

The first phase of Razor Ranch in Denton County is scheduled to open in October of 2009. Some big names have signed up, such as Belk, Dillards and JCPenney.
There will also be a public park for children, an outdoor amphitheater and the Museum of Texas Art.
Rayzor Ranch Town Center is expected to generate $9 million in sales taxes and $5 million in property taxes which we all need in our community. This is the shot in the arm Denton has been waiting for.
