Chisholm Ridge is not the community it portrays to be. They have left out there is no control over the gang activity, lack of police enforcement, and non-caring attitude of the homeowners association. Its a great place if you want to raise your children in ways of survial instinct not only when they walk home from school but as they get to sleep on the floor at nite.

That neighborhood also has allot of foreclosures. Homes are hard to sell in that area also because of this. All the builders arre finished there.
