    Hi Grace, I like your style of writing. Regarding the post, I do agree with you,all boils down to maintenance, the value of a house can be measured on how much you time invested in maintaining it. I intend to put up a house for sell and after reading your post realised that I ignored things like the Kids bedroom which can affect the buyer.
