Southlake Texas Residential Development

Hines Interests, which is based in the Houston area, has recently announced its acquisition of the largest-single parcel of land that is still undeveloped in the thriving suburb of Dallas, known as Southlake.

This amazing piece of Dallas Texas real estate is situated on a sprawling lot that consists of 281-acres. The site is known as the Aventerra and has been used for the past seven years as a “mixed-use” site.

The vice president of Hines Interests, Rob Witte, commented in a written statement “that the developer looks forward to working with the city of Southlake to achieve a project that represents Southlake’s community values.”

This new project is expected to increase the value of Southlake homes for sale, lofts, apartments, townhomes and condominiums. The preliminary talks of the project included plans for the creation of new restaurants, office space, retail space, a hotel, performing arts center and high-quality single-family homes.

Hines Interest has been involved in past projects that include the Galleria Towers, the Dallas Galleria and regional offices for the Plano-based company, Computer Associates International Inc.

The developer who will be working on the development of the 281-acres is also working on One Victory Park.

There are big plans being developed for the bustling suburb of Southlake. This means that the residents of Southlake can look forward to more shopping and dining-out options in the near future.

Plus the newly built high-end homes will be perfect for families who have relocated to the area. This is an exciting time to be a part of the community of Southlake, Texas.

Can you believe the changes that are taking place in Southlake? Home prices have sky-rocketed and now Keller is the new Southlake, which is growing like wildfire too. All of the negative media on the housing market has little to do with the DFW area and I am thankful for that.

I cant wait, it is moving my way. I live on the edge of keller in a gated community. Keller is on fire. There are alot of homes for sale over the 500k mark. Southlake is also real crazy.

@ Josh, Amen to that!! We are very fortunate to be in one of the best markets in the US. Btw, I really like your site.

@ Mike, we don’t do to much business in Keller, didn’t realize how home prices have skyrocketed. Thats great news.
