2) Always avoid a “crowd scene” – a prospective buyer will feel less welcome and more like an intruder if they enter your home and it is filled with other people. 3) Keep an eye on your pets – dogs and cats are lovable, loyal companions, but they may not help in the sale of your home. When you have potential buyers coming to see your home, make sure that you keep your pets out of the way. 4) Make sure the volume is turned down – when you are showing your home make sure that you have the TV or stereo turned down. Too much noise can end up killing a real estate deal and causing potential buyers to hurry when looking at your home.
