This new Dallas commercial real estate development will be a boutique hotel in the area of Las Colinas. The hotel will follow a modern, loft-style design and is scheduled to break ground sometime this year.

The luxurious, boutique hotel will be located on five acres of prime land that will host the brand new 200-room, 5-story hotel. NYLO Hotels acquired this premier property from iStar Financial, a well-known commercial real estate group.
