The Amon G. Carter Foundation and Rob Riner Cos. Have decided to become partners on the development of an industrial park in Fort Worth Texas. The industrial park will be located at the corner of Goel East and Oak Grove Road.
This valuable piece of Fort Worth commercial real estate will consist of an amazing fifteen million square feet. This will be a rail-served industrial center that is situated on eight-hundred acres. The approximate value of the acreage is around $150 million.
The industrial park will be known as the Carter Distribution Center. The ground breaking ceremony of Phase One is scheduled for January 2008. It is predicted that Phase One of the industrial park will be completed by June.
The plans for Phase One include four separate buildings that range from six-hundred thousand to nine-hundred thousand square feet. The distribution center will be the largest measuring a grand total of 988,000 square feet.
This is an enormous addition to pre-existing Fort Worth industrial space. On top of everything, it is predicted that the new project will bring hundreds of jobs to the city. This is an incredible project for the partners and the residents who live in the area.
The architects that are working on the project are Bob More Construction Inc. and Hardy McCullah of MLM Architects Inc. The Rob Riner Cos. Will handle the leasing of the property.
