It seems that Plano Texas, is receiving wind of a newcomer, a newcomer that is aesthetically high. A sophisticated two-hundred thousand square foot mid-rise office building will be constructed on six acres of Plano farmland, located beside the Dallas North Tollway. Construction for the new office building is set to commence in 2008.

The office building will be an eight-story, Class AA design with close to two-hundred thousand square feet of space that will be available for rent. The office building is accompanied by a three-story parking garage. The owner of the property is Toby Haggard, also the owner of Haggard Property Group Ltd.

The office building has a new name, Windhaven Place One; the design of the building is expected to achieve a Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design rating of
