In the city of Frisco, Sinacola Co. has announced that construction has begun on a one-hundred and fifty acre site that has been undeveloped for a time span of six years. Sinacola Cos., a local company, has plans to construct a building that consists of one-hundred and fifty thousand square feet, divided between three buildings. The ground breaking ceremony is scheduled for this week, at which time construction will begin on the first fifty thousand square foot office building. The first building, in a series of three, is designed especially for a company known as the Frisco Economic Development Corp.

These new developments have Frisco Realtors excited about the new businesses and residents that will flock to this popular Texas City. Researchers have estimated that nearly one million square feet of great office, showroom and industrial space could be constructed near the area of Research Road and Frisco Street.
