JPMorgan Chase Bank signed a lease renewal for 50,163 square feet at Preston Commons.
8111 Preston Road in Dallas, TX.
The lease renewal includes office space, building signage, a retail banking location and an ATM location. JPMorgan Chase Bank also agreed to re-design its retail section to allow for a new restaurant on the property.
