According to a recent report by Alexandria, the continued growth of the San Antonio area over the next four years is expected to foster a robust demand for Industrial distribution buildings.
The report also states that San Antonio’s Commercial real estate market is expected to absorb 781,000 square feet of
Moody’s Economy.com says more than three-fourths of U.S. housing markets will suffer drops in prices. However, the Dallas area will continue to see gains in median home prices. Which is great news for North Texas home owners.
Moody’s outlook anticipates that nationwide, home prices will fall by almost 8%. But prices are forecast to keep rising in Dallas over the next couple of years.
The largest declines in residential home prices will be in California, Florida, Nevada and Michigan markets, the report predicts.
