Construction has begun on the 2nd phase, which will be a 23 story Residences at the Ritz-Carlton. Will it be as luxuries and breathtaking as the first phase, we’ll just have to wait and see.

The second tower will have 96 units available and will range in price from $700,00 to $8,000,000, completion is estimated for mid-2009.
