I am a realtor with VIP realty. I work the whole Dallas Real Estate area but I live in Anna. Anna real estate is really picking up with new home builders breaking ground everywhere but even with home sales up sellers are finding it difficult to sell their homes. In an area this active with builders many home sellers are having a hard time competing. I was driving through the neighborhood today and it seemed like there were several houses on every street for sale. I know most of these people have not been there that long and the real estate commissions are eating up their equity.
