Developers are beginning to work on the first of six condo buildings planned for Keller Springs Rd area in Far North Dallas.
Homes located in the Lawn at Glen Abbey community will begin at around $700,000.
 In addition to the condominiums, Hawkins-Welwood Homes are developing an adjoining complex of patio homes and another 75-acre residential community in Plano.

Options Real Estate Investments Inc. will break ground on a $135-million mixed-use community in Ellis County. The project, slated for 131 acres at the edge of an 1890-era Downtown.
