Eric started his real estate career as a part time investor in 2001. He has bought and sold many homes in the DFW Area since then. He has learned about the do's and don'ts of investing over the years which gave him a complete understanding of the home buying & selling process. He transitioned into a Real Estate Agent in late 2006 when he decided to go full time in the industry. He works with all types of buyers and knows the North Texas Market very well.
